• The takeaway: The average sales price is now sitting pretty over $515,000 (+4.9% YOY). If you’ve been thinking of selling, the buyers are absolutely there right now.

 

🏘️ Townhome Values Just... WOW. 🚀

This is the jaw-dropper of the month. While the number of sales was quiet in December, the value of those homes skyrocketed.

 

• The takeaway: The median price for a townhome here soared an unbelievable 35.8% compared to last year, hitting over $305,000. If you own a townhome in the area, your equity just got a major boost!
